Some information voluntarily provided through your beauty profile may be considered sensitive information under applicable privacy laws.

When you use The Beauty RS™, we may collect information relating to your Collection and products, including products added to your Collection or Wishlist, product ratings and favourites, opening dates, expiry or period-after-opening information, product status, notes, shade and variant preferences, saved looks or skincare routines, and products you choose to include in or exclude from recommendations.

We may also collect technical and usage information such as device and operating-system information, app version, IP address, diagnostic information, crash reports, feature usage and interaction information, and notification preferences.

When you visit our website, we may collect limited technical information through cookies, analytics tools or similar technologies.

We may collect personal information directly from you when you create an account, complete a profile, contact us or use our services.

We do not intend to use personal information in ways unrelated to the purposes for which it was collected without an appropriate legal basis or consent where required.

Certain features of The Beauty RS™ may use artificial intelligence to assist with personalised makeup looks, skincare routines or other recommendations.

When you use an AI-powered feature, limited information relevant to the request may be processed by an approved AI service provider.

We aim to minimise the information provided to AI systems and to use only information necessary to deliver the requested feature.

The Beauty RS™ does not intend AI-generated information to constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment or professional healthcare advice.

AI outputs may not always be accurate and should be considered alongside product instructions, manufacturer guidance and appropriate professional advice where relevant.

We treat user account information, beauty profiles, private Collections, ratings, notes and other non-public personal information as confidential.

We do not make a user's private Collection or profile information publicly available unless the user has expressly chosen to use a feature that shares or publishes particular information.

Employees, contractors and service providers who require access to confidential information for legitimate operational purposes are expected to handle that information appropriately and only for authorised purposes.

We may disclose limited personal information to trusted service providers where necessary to operate The Beauty RS™.

These providers may support cloud infrastructure and hosting, database and data storage services, authentication, push notifications, artificial intelligence, product and barcode lookup services, analytics and crash reporting, subscription and payment entitlement management, translation services, security and technical support.

Depending on the services in use, providers may include companies such as Supabase, Amazon Web Services, Firebase/Google, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Apple and Google Play, together with other approved providers introduced from time to time.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

The Beauty RS™ is designed as a global service.
